Jenny is an amazing trainer who cares about your WHOLE self! I can't explain how much having someone like her in my corner really means! She knows female wellness, fitness, nutrition, and mindset! I appreciate her taking the time to work out individualized fitness and nutrition plans based on specific needs like my autoimmune disease. Her workouts are quick but VERY effective. She helped me change my lifestyle and lose 25lbs! There are more than 10 gyms within 10 miles from me but instead of joining them, I drove 30 mins to and from our sessions 3 days a week for a few months because I believed in the work we were doing. Aside from Jenny being fabulous, she has done a stellar job at building a strong community of women who are all working towards a common goal of life long wellness!

I can't express how amazing this program is! I needed a kick in the pants to get back to taking care of me, and this was exactly what I needed! Being a mom to a 3 year old, working full time and crazy hours, and being hopelessly addicted to sugar, I was not happy with how I looked!
Between the yummy recipes, workouts I could do in my living room, meal plan, grocery lists, and most importantly, the support from Jenny, how can you not be successful?! I met Jenny six weeks ago & she has changed my life. During the six-week summit program I learned so much. I have participated in a few of Jenny's challenges in the past (which were amazing). I recently fractured my foot and have to wear a boot for 6 weeks. I came to Jenny for help because I obviously didn't want this fracture to keep me from continuing my fitness journey. She immediately started coming up with a fitness plan to keep me active during my injury without injuring myself any further. I did an evaluation with her to see what I was able to do while wearing the boot. A few days after the evaluation she sent me a fitness plan. She even added some nutritional ideas, progression ideas, and stretches to help the healing of my foot! My doctor didn't even do that!! The workouts are perfect for me to do while being in the boot. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get a decent workout in because of my injury but the workouts she created for me are still challenging and I still feel like I am getting in a good workout! Jenny cares about each of her clients individually and works really hard to be sure they are successful in becoming a healthier version of themselves!
