Fall Into Fitness

We love our Accountability Group Challenges! These challenges are designed to keep movement, health and overall wellness a priority during times of the year where we often struggle. Creating a like-minded group of women to keep each other motivated is a great tool within one’s journey — that’s what this group is all about! And, as always, education so your journey is a continued success. 💛

Join us September 30th - November 25th for our 8-Week Fall Into Fitness Accountability Group!

🧡 8-Weeks of Professionally Designed Fitness Programming, accessible to all participants via Metanoia’s Fitness App
🧡 We will meet you where you’re at in your journey. Programming options include: Gym, At-Home, Fat Loss, Lean Muscle.
🧡 Custom Nutrition Goals (via app) - integrates with MFP for ease
🧡 Private FB Group with all participants to keep on track, accountable, ask questions, share workout selfies, and all the good stuff.
🧡 Fall / Winter Recipe Shares, Educational Days, and Challenges within the group!
🧡 Fun, accountability-driven challenges - with overall winner taking a portion of the winning pot + additional winnings from local participating businesses.

For $5 a week, join us! A minimum of 20 participants must sign-up for this group to kick off; maximum of 30 women. Grab a friend, the more the merrier - and winnings!

Once signed up, expect a follow-up email from Jenny (Metanoia Owner, Women’s Personal Trainer & Nutrition Specialist) with questions that will allow your experience to be customized!
