Chickpea Salad

  • Greens

  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained & rinsed

  • 2 avocados, chopped up

  • 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped

  • 1/3 cup feta cheese

  • Juice from 1 lime

  • Dash of salt, pepper, paprika

Combine greens, chickpeas, avocado, cilantro, feta, and lime juice. Stir and serve with seasonings. *3-4 servings
