No Carb Waffles

Use 1 oz of cream cheese per egg (you need at least 2 eggs per waffle).

Put eggs and cream cheese into a blender and blend until somewhat fluffy. Pour into hot waffle iron, keep it open until they mix starts to slightly set (about 2 minutes). Then close waffle iron and cook until browned.

Tips: you can add a dash of vanilla or cinnamon for additional flavor. You can cook ahead and reheat in the toaster.
