Turkey Chili

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • 1/4 yellow onion, chopped

  • 3/4 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 bell pepper

  • 1 lb extra lean ground turkey

  • 4 tbsp chili powder

  • 2 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 can (28oz) diced tomatoes

  • 1 1/4 cup bone broth

  • 2 cans black beans, rinsed (or no beans!)

  • 1 can (or frozen) corn

  • Optional Toppings: avocado or shredded cheese

Cook meat, diced veggies. Toss everything in a pot and let simmer!
