Cilantro Lime Chicken


5 or 6 chicken breasts

Marinade sauce

2 juiced limes

¼ tsp. of cayenne pepper

2 tsp. of salt

⅓ cup of oil

¼ cup of honey

¼ cup of chopped cilantro


¼ cup of honey

1 tbsp. of lime juice

1 tbsp. of chopped cilantro

Combine the cayenne pepper, honey, salt, oil, and cilantro in a Ziploc bag. Seal the bag tightly and shake until well mixed.

Place chicken in the bag and marinate for 3-4 hours or store in the fridge overnight.

Heat the grill to medium heat and grill the chicken until it reaches desired doneness.

Combine the glaze ingredients in a separate bowl. After the chicken is finished grilling, brush with the glaze and serve. (Grilled asparagus or zucchini and brown rice goes great with this dish!)
