Homemade Spaghetti Sauce

1 pound lean protein

1 diced onion

Mushrooms

Olives

3 cans diced tomatoes

3 cans tomato sauce

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

1 tbsp parsley

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp garlic powder

1 - 2 bay leaves

Red Pepper: to taste

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Cook your meat over medium heat while prepping your veggies, etc. Once cooked, add everything to a large pot & simmer.

*Serve over polenta or cooked spaghetti squash (rather than pasta) for a cleaner meal.
