Panko Style Chicken

  • 3 chicken breasts

  • 2 organic eggs

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 2 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1 tsp dried garlic

  • 1 tsp himilayan salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Scramble eggs together in mixing bowl. Combine almond & coconut flour + garlic & salt on a side plate. Slice chicken into thin strips. Dip each strip in egg mixture, coat in breading, and place on oiled pan. Cook for 25 minutes or so until done.
