Pumpkin Energy Bites

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice extract

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin spice

Combine oats, protein, and pumpkin spice. In a small pot, melt the honey, peanut butter, and pumpkin spice extract. Place the liquid mix into a bowl and slowly mix in the dry. Once it is well mixed, roll into balls and place onto wax paper in a pan. Place in the refrigerator to store.
