Gluten Free Siggi's Yogurt Pancakes

  • 1/2 banana, medium ripe

  • 1/3 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats, gluten free

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 container Siggi's blueberry or vanilla bean yogurt

Mix in blender until smooth, cook over hot skillet. 2 servings
