Quick Protein Overnight Oats

  • 1/3 - 1/2 cup gluten-free or quick oats

  • 3/4 cup Siggi’s yogurt (plain)

  • Flavor with protein powder

  • 1 tbsp seeds or nuts

  • Dash of cinnamon

Put oats in bottom of container. Stir protein powder with yogurt and pour over oats. Top wit seeds or nuts. If needed, top with a few fruit pieces as well. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
