Chicken Pea Penne

  • 1 serving of pasta (your choice)

  • 1 serving of chicken, chopped

  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt (vegan or dairy)

  • Big handful of spinach

  • Juice half a lemon

  • Big handful of frozen peas

  • 1 tsp. nutritional yeast (optional)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Sea salt and black pepper

Cook your pasta and chicken. Once cooked stir together and add frozen peas + spinach. Add oil, yeast, lemoj juice, yogurt, and salt / pepper. Bring to hot and serve.
