Protein Fruit Dip

  • 1 8 oz. container yogurt

  • 3 tbsp. almond butter (or seed butter)

  • 1 tbsp. honey

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

  • 2 medium apples

Add yogurt, almond butter, honey, and cinnamon to a small bowl. Stir to combine and pour the mixture into 2 glasses. Slice apples into eighths and arrange them around the edge of your glasses. Drizzle with extra honey if desired before serving up with your apple slices.

2 servings - can swap apples for berries and other fruit, or crackers.
