Sesame Vermicelli Thai Dish

  • 1 - 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp liquid aminos

  • 1 - 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 block tofu, cubed

  • 2 chunks vermicelli, cooked

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 1/8 tsp shaved ginger

  • Shaved carrots

  • Shaved zucchini

  • Shaved onion

Instructions: Heat sesame oil and liquid aminos over medium-high heat., add tofu. Once tofu is desired consistency, add noodles, oregano, garlic, ginger, veggies, and more sesame / liquid aminos if you want a bit more flavor and juiciness. Saute. When done, top with lemon juice, sesame seeds, and green onion.
