Vegan Banana "Cream" Pudding

  • 1 package silken tofu

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1/4 cup coconut or almond milk

  • 1/4 cup raw maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions: Blend in food processor until desired consistency. Place in fridge for 4 hours or so to set up.

*You could make this into a pie or layer on top of grahams and fruit for a parfait.
