Vegan Chocolate "Cheesecake"
2 cups cashews, soaked (overnight)
1/4 cup raw cacao
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions: Soak cashews for at least a few hours, the longer the better in my opinion. Once soaked, place bananas, cashews, cacao, and syrup in your food processor. Blend until creamy and fill in on top of crust. Place in freezer for 30 minutes or so to setup. *Pairs well with almond crust
