This 12-week long program will professionally prepare, guide, and educate you towards longterm fitness and nutrition success. We love our 12-week semi-private Personal Training Program because it allows us to work with women who value professional expertise + individualized care, in a group format AND we’re able to offer the experience we believe women deserve at a reduced cost.

Nutrition Coaching

    • Identify incorrect nutrition information and understand why so many ‘yo-yo diet’ - so you don’t anymore.

  • Monday: 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. (FULL)

  • Tuesday: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

  • Tuesday: 6:45 - 7:45 p.m. (FULL)

  • Thursday: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

  • Friday: 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. (FULL)

  • Saturday: 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. (FULL)


Ideally we love to see clients at least two times per week - however if schedules and budgets don’t make this feasible, commit to seeing us once a week at the studio and we’ll work to stay motivated within our Nutrition Course and Online Group the rest of time!

  • Package #1 ($325): Full Program + 1 Personal Training Session Per Week (12 sessions total)

  • Package #2 ($650): Full Program + 2 Personal Training Sessions Per Week (24 sessions total)


We know life happens and you may miss a session within our 12-week program. We will have a make up week the final week of the program; you will be able to make up (2) sessions within this week!

We ask for a 24-hour cancellation policy, should sessions need to be missed, so we have the opportunity to plan accordingly.

Children are not permitted in Semi-Private Personal Training Sessions at this time.
